The Heart Wall

Understanding Emotional Barriers

The heart wall is a term coined by Dr. Brad, which refers to a subconscious energy barrier that forms around the heart. This barrier is created from past trapped emotions, serving as a protective mechanism for individuals who have experienced emotional pain.

People often build this wall subconsciously, aiming to shield themselves from further heartache and disappointment. While this protective measure may provide temporary relief from emotional distress, it can also hinder personal growth and the ability to form deep connections with others.

Understanding and freeing the heart wall can be the first step towards healing and emotional freedom, allowing individuals to release their past and open themselves up to a more fulfilling emotional life.

The feeling of heartache

There may have been times in your own life where you have felt that physical sensation we refer to as “heartache.” This feeling of pressure or discomfort in the chest and throat may occur when someone is hurting us or we have a deep sense of grief or loss. We believe that the heart is actually the core of our being, just like the ancients believed.

Breaking through to connection

A Heart Wall, while serving as a defence mechanism, can also inadvertently block us from experiencing true connection, joy, and emotional fulfilment. If you feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to fully engage with life, your Heart Wall could be a contributing factor. At Belief Code, we explore methods to help identify and gently release these energetic barriers, allowing you to live with an open heart.
