It is important to remember that Complementary therapies are not a substitute for medical care.  Complementary therapies work alongside conventional medicine, not in place of it.  No responsible practitioner would ever claim otherwise.

The therapies I offer, focus on self help by helping you identify and release the underlying emotional, spiritual and energetic aspects of the problem.

My services are a supportive addition to your overall health and wellness strategy and I have many years experience in this field.

Expectations and limitations of treatment


Each person is unique so it’s impossible to say how many sessions you will require.

While many of my clients often experience profound benefits after even one session, several sessions are usually required especially if the issue is a long standing one.

I focus on empowering you to address underlying emotional, spiritual and energy imbalances, which can reduce stress and contribute to your overall well-being and happiness.
